When i pressed 1, it put me on hold for abot 30 second and then an english speaking man answer the phone. Since i"m french canadian, i asked him if he could speak french. He was not able to comply. I asked him to speak slowly and tell me his company name. he was answering with a fast giberish about representing visa and mastercard.
