Guy has prerecorded message saying that he is Office David Rameriz. That as soon as you get this message you or your attorney needs to call him at 613 706 1747. That if you don"t call him legal action will be taken.
He does not say who he is calling for, the message starts while your answering machine is talking, and he gives no case information.
He"s a guy with a non english speaking accent and over pronounces harder english words.
When you call the number back the same voice as the recording answers saying a different name. If he thinks there is someone with you on the phone listening he hangs up. If you try calling back he has the line blocked for a bit to not recieve any calls. He won"t answer any questions about why you"re being called, what the charge or legal action is and what that action will be.

They call me sometimes up to 12 times a day! All hours of the day and night. Last night they didn"t stop calling (7 calls) until nearly 10PM EST. This morning, they have already called 5 times and it"s only 9am. DISGUSTING behavior. Wrote to the BELL PHONE company who provides the person spam calling everyone with their service. If they are harassing you, email them! The only email I could find is this: privacy@bell.ca If enough people start complaining, they will eventually listen! I have filed FTC complaints, nothing works. My own phone carrier cannot even stop this. I refuse to change my number for these jerks! I will fight them in court if I have to!
