I have received several calls from this number and 701-671-9224. It is the same group using both numbers. They refer to themselves as CARD SERVICES but I know that they are not a legitimate business because I work for the company that has legally/rightfully used CARD SERVICES as their name on caller ID as it is part of the name of the corporate entity (for more than 20 years). These scammers suggest that they can lower your rates but hang up when you tell them that want to be taken off the call list.
