Just today my NEW phone is installed - the first and ONLY call was from 778 785 6188. This is a NEW NUMBER and has NEVER BEEN USED TO CALL ANYONE, yet this company from Surrey found out instantly about the "new" number. About 1 hour later the "second" phone rang - same number - no answer - disconnect. This robot technology is very spooky - who is behind this technology? are they activating bugging devices? just a thought but this company should be investigated along with the owners. too many complaints, I don"t believe the "survery" excuse - I think they have trojan technology - anyone agree?

I just received a call from this number saying that it was an "officer" from the CRA and it was a very time sensitive matter and to call back immediately. The caller had a very strong east Indian accent and it was just a message. I called back right after I hung up and there was no answer, I tried again and there was nothing.
