Rec"d message from David Marshall 613-366-5244. He did not say who he was calling for, or where he was calling from. He said there is a lawsuit under "your" name, and if "you" do not call back, they will have to issue a warrant for "your" arrest. I called back number, but kept getting a busy signal. I couldn"t find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts: people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different companies, but for sure some general call center. I recommend to block the whole 2899195xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

I get calls from this number all the time. Sometimes I just answer before looking at the number. It"s the same message every time. An important notice about my Air Miles card. I"ve never had nor will I ever have an Air Miles card so I assume it"s not a legitimate call. Plus, it"s local so that"s weird. I"m just getting tired of the calls. DWK, he posted an add in a forum where people (mostly Germans) exchange information about living & working etc in Canada.
I know two guys who met him when he was living in Coquitlam near Rochester Elementary and one oft them had a bad feeling about him right away. The other guy stayed in his house for a few days talking about the "job offer". Ralph was doing construction back then (2006).
Ralph screwed that guy by taking money for a certain type of immigration program, but of course nothing ever happened there.
He told that guy that he wouldn"t have any contact with his family - wonder why...
On top I found that article about the Uyeyama murder someone mentioned.

my wife and i had a similar experience with this jerk scumbag. I assume he has computer programming knowledge and uses it to try and steal people"s information, credit card etc. We were contacted by the RCMP in Milton when we filed a complaint. Apparently this man thinks he is above the law. I"ve got some news for you pal - you will be spending your last days on Earth in an 8 x 5 cell at the Milton Hilton (Maplehurst Correctional) if you keep it up.
