Hey I am tired to report this guy to the SPCA, I lived on his property and I saw him kick puppies, starve most dogs that werent usefull for him, I got a dog from him right now that he chopped his tail off from chasing it, also when some puppies were born two died and he just tossed them.

Surprise Surprise ! When is somebody going to give Ralph Haneke what he truly deserves. This Old Scammer hired me to train his dogs and clean up after them. One thing you need to know about Ralph. He will never, ever pay you unless you ask him. After a week, I finally had to ask Ralph if he canpay me. He gave mme that Evil look as if to say "I can"t believe you want me to pay you ". He grudgingly gave me a 100 bill for a whole week"s work! The next Monday I asked him if he can pay the whole amount he owes and he said he would the next day. Guess what? That"s right !!! Ralph told me not to come in to work. Then he ignored my text messages and calls. Oh and the reason why he will not produce a Criminal Abstract is because Ralph is a Criminal. This Thief and Liar commits the same act over and over again. I was also hired by Ralph to do work at his farm in South Surrey. He has about 30 dogs on the property with nobody to take care of them. Hey K9 Trainer what is his address, I have papers to server him. I wish I knew about this before I did work for him. He just screwed me over for over a months pay. I couldn"t pay my rent & have until the end of the month to move out. Thanks it would be a big help, he"s is doing exactly what you all said he was doing. I"m a single mother in my 20"s. If you want to get even with this Scammer, post his name and company on Craigslist everyday. His company is Uniguard k9. Ralph is now Scamming people in the Security Industry. In just a few months, Ralph SCAMMED his Business Partner and 3 Employees. Ralph will use someone else"s Security License because he doesn"t have one of his own. DWK, he posted an add in a forum where people (mostly Germans) exchange information about living & working etc in Canada.
I know two guys who met him when he was living in Coquitlam near Rochester Elementary and one oft them had a bad feeling about him right away. The other guy stayed in his house for a few days talking about the "job offer". Ralph was doing construction back then (2006).
Ralph screwed that guy by taking money for a certain type of immigration program, but of course nothing ever happened there.
He told that guy that he wouldn"t have any contact with his family - wonder why...
On top I found that article about the Uyeyama murder someone mentioned.

Ralph is a 50+ German fellow with white hair. He breeds German Shepherd and sells them to whoever wants a puppy for whatever he can get. He"s not a Professional Breeder, but rather a Con Artist masquerading as a Dog Trainer/Breeder. He had me work endlessly on his farm in South Surrey . I did it because I was homeless and he took advantage of me. He had me work as a Security Guard without a License and paid me only half of what he owes. Then when he no longer needed my help he promptly kicked me out without notice. I"ve lied for this Scammer in Court because he forced me to.
