I got a phone call form this guys, also saying they where from the Alberta Association for Community Living. The phone call was very bizarre, and their English quite bad. So I hang up, google AACL and called them. It turns out the outsource their phone calls to a Peruvian company =S, so they are actually calling you from peru.
