Last week I got a phone message from a number registered to a "company" called (something like) "iselstar or iseltel" or something similar. Windsor police are aware of this group, and have issued warnings about them. Today I received two calls about a minute apart with a message saying further action would be taken. I hung up. I also received this unsollicited call and bill. I just finished talking with the represntative of VIDEOTRON, my provider. I was then switched to Client Satisfaction department and received a positive answer. They will deduct this amount on my next bill.
