I also got a prank call from the same number using Kawab. It was very poorly timed as it was some French joke about killing a cat. I do not know if they can choose the joke but my cat of 16 years had just passed away. It was sick and cruel if you ask me. Thing is if the same person used the same number to make these Kawab pranks and that is likely not a coincidence. Particularly because the ap is French and whoever left the message above is also an Anglophone. We probably know that same person.
