Like Cherie, this number called my cell and left no voice message. I looked it up because I"ve seen it my unanswered call list before.

Pressed 1 to be transferred to a person who asked my name.

I responded with you called me so you should know who you want to talk to.

They hung up.

Perhaps the RCMP should investigate and determine if this activity culminates with a crime.
