Just got a call while in the car. I answered but the guy on the other end just read out his script as though he were talking to an answering machine and hung up so I never did get to interact with him. He spoke with a thick East Indian accent and had a threatening tone. He said that if I didn"t call him back (he quoted the same number that he was calling from, a 613 area code which would be the Ottawa, Ontario area) then all he could do was "wish me luck" with whatever happened next. I tried calling back from a blocked number and got a message saying the caller was unavailable. I guess he was busy harassing the next number on his call list.
