This is a call from people who do not speak, but leave an open line. They are either recording your voice or listening.
When I star 69"d it and called the number back, I was told it was Not in Service, but an MTS Mobility number.
How is it that someone can ring a Not in Service number? This is a constant at this time of day 15:51 or thereabouts, and from the recent Marketplace show, we realize these scam artists not only cause frustration, they are also involved in high crime. Watch MARKETPLACE and see that they are not only involved in scams such as this, but that Police in their country are also on the take. This woman is supposedly a supervisor from some farm supply company that had called my home. When I asked where she go mu number, she said it was from a trade show, which is ridiculous. Then she said it was a listed number but when I told her I was on the Do Not Call list, she claimed "someone" had ticked a ballot giving them permission to call. All of this is false. The call does not show the company name, which makes me very suspicious it is a scam.and this twist of saying a ballot has been checked giving permission to call is nothing but a new way of ignoring and not using the Do Not Call list
