Watch out for this deceptive call! She identified herself as calling on behalf of Eco Energy and was doing a survey only on the age/condition of my furnace, AC and water heater, that I might qualify for a grant. I hesitantly answered most of the questions. I knew something wasn\"t right; the government wouldn\"t call in case you qualified for grant money. She then wanted to set up an appoint for the coming Monday. This call took place on a Friday afternoon. That\"s when I told her what I think of unknown phone numbers. You have to keep your guards up all the time... And what a bunch of hypocrites, on doing some research, it seems Direct Energy is behind this. I want nothing to do with them, or their outrageous contracts.

When they call I pick up and then immediately hang up; this morning that resulted in a call from a cell phone (complaint already filed) and the number was different again.
