Is being used by hackers from hacked Facebook accounts spamming their lists claiming to offer winnings by contacting the listed number. Once a victim falls prey they attempt exploiting the victim in various ways such as, MoneyGram, Western Union, even as laughable as iTunes and Amazon gift cards. Personally can see through these scams, but they target elderly and mentally sick people that are very easily persuaded and in a tight spot in life leaving them desperate and vulnerable.
