this number has been "spoofed", the caller leave a pre-recorded message in Mandarin that says there"s a package waiting to be picked up at Chinese embassy. It asks the recipient to press 1. When the recipient did, he/she then connected to someone who claims the recipient is in trouble with the Chinese government and must give sensitive personal information, like credit card details, passport #s or send money.

Get this call about once a month for a yr now. Apparently there"s a criminal issue, which I need to see the magistrate. They claim to be CRA. I always call back unable to get through.
