Please be aware that there are a bunch of old-age scams cold calling numbers, if an older sounding person answers, they try to scam them by pretending to be a relative in trouble and asks them to wire money.

We have been getting these calls at home, night and day. We have to take our phone of the hook at night to get any sleep. There is never anyone at the other end and we simply hang up now when we see the number displayed. If you call the number you will get a message to the effect that "this account is blocked". The service provider for this number is a company called Fibernetics Corporation. Their number is 1-866-973-4237. Ask for Carolyn McGuire, "Customer Experience". Good luck with that though - she never answers her phone and now ignores my calls.
