These scammers are getting smarter.
With the CRA scams , the callers were from the far east (India) so the tell tale was asking if they spoke French (as most if not all CRA employees should be bi-lingual).
These new SIN scammers are from Montreal (Haitian) so they speak french. Absolutely disgusting and if this offends anyone then too bad.

Called my cell phone 3 times in one day and not once did anyone actually answer the phone. No automated voice, just dead silence on the other end. I have no idea but it"s really annoying.
