It"s a customer satisfaction company you can be put on their do not call list they do short surveys for your call center experiences for major call centers that you called into it"s designed to help improve customer service for major call centers; take bc hydro for instance 15 years ago I would call in and it was a toss of a coin to get someone nice well I found out that sqm has been doing these surveys for about 10 years I think now when I call into BC hydro i regularly get nice people so I"m guessing sqm"s surveys must be working because the change in attitudes of BC hydro"s employees is huge from 15 years ago I did some research and I found out that it"s mainly because sqm does these surveys that BC hydro and other major companies with call centers have nicer employees that answer the phones

No caller I.D. Let it go to voicemail. Their machine/person came in over our pre-recorded message but could not understand it/them. We are in Ontario and on the "Do Not Call" list. Since this call centre is in Canada, you would think that something could be done about it.
