These Text messages promote loans. I do not text and I am charged for each message. I am on the "No Call Registry, yet have also received calls from a telemarketer. Eagle Solutions: scam artists telling you that you filled out a survey and that you"ve won a prize.
They ask to drop it off: really they want to demonstrate their product: water filtration system.
It"s a scam. The whole demonstration is a scam showing how your water is c**p and that you need to buy their expensive unit.

We have received complaints about purported faxing from our company. However, this number: (613) 249-3654 does not belong to Five Point Capital. Upon further research, we have found that it is a Canadian number belonging to an insurance agency (we think). We are a finance company based in San Diego, California and don"t have any affiliation with this Canadian insurance company. We apologize for any inconvenience and are trying to get to the root of the issue with this number and how it"s linking to our company (which doesn"t fax to phone lines). If you"d like to email us your contact info at: nofax@fivepointcapital, I can make sure that you are no longer in our system or database to receive any information from Five Point Capital. However, I cannot assure you that the (613) Canadian number won"t stop contacting you because unfortunately we"ve discovered that they are unreachable through that number.
We"ve also discovered that other people are getting "faxes" to their phone lines from this same (613) number and googling it. We have checked every person"s contact info that has emailed us regarding this annoyance, only to find that none of them are, or were, in our system at any point. This means that there is no way we could have faxed any of them.

Ok...Austin Tx here. I found this number in a similar complaint page. Call 866-330-4185. It asks to enter your number then hit #. The auto attendent responds that it has successfully removed you from their autofax list. Hope it works.
