This guy “Ryan” is a scam artist he claimed he wanted to purchase my tires and rims from kijiji he claimed he lives in Ontario but is currently in New York and would like to have the tires shipped to Ontario he pretended to wire the money through PayPal even sent me an email confirmation that looks totally legit but then said I have to pay the shipping cost of 0 before PayPal will put the funds into my account (seen that coming) told him I was on the phone with PayPal and he assured me a number of times I should not call PayPal as they will be confused!!!!!!!! This guys seriously needs to get a life!

I called back and said I had a fraud under my name because there was a mistake on my tax filing. And while the lady was explaining my arrest warrant she hung up and called back and a guy answered. I called back the same phone number back and you may notice there"s a lot of background noise. I also asked why they haven"t sent mail to my mailbox about this and wouldn"t let me tell my parents about it. They given me a short notice of time until I got arrested.
While speaking to the senior supervisor:
I asked " Why can"t I tell my parents about this?"
He said " Well once you get arrested, your parents and the whole world will know about it then. You have 1 hour before we tell your local police"
