"person" on the other end went on about firefighters and wanting a 0 - 0 donation. The problem was it sounded like an interactive pre-recorded message. Like a robo call but when I didn"t reply a louder different voiced person would say "HELLO?" and then the other voice would start up again claiming they were reading from a response script. Still felt like a robo call at that point though. I said I"m just an employee at the company.and robovoice replied "oh sorry, I didn"t know I was calling a business.". How could you not know, I answered "Hello, thank you for calling "business name", how may I help you today?" Everything about the call seemed really odd.

They left a message in a machine’s voice saying there’s a warrant out for my arrest and I must call back immediately. Wanted to have fun with them so i blocked my caller I’d and called back (maybe not wise) and heard background noise and a voice for a split second before they hung up. Called back again and there was silence. No ringtone, nothing. But my phone started timing the call immediately instead of saying “dialing”.
