Report them to the CRTC-Do Not Call List. If you are not on it (registered), then you should register.
Once you do, you have to allow a certain amt. of time to pass, and then you can start reporting telemarketers (with certain exceptions) to the DNCL. Believe me, the calls WILL stop. I have done so in the past and will report this # as well.
