its a scam, its just to get them to come through the door and every card is a winner, the hotel voucher sucks because its not like its 0 actual cash but a discount which like someone above said, they raise their rates by 10%, give you 0 off and you end up paying full price anyways. They have called my home twice with the recorded "This is the Canada Revenue Agency....there will be a warrant out for your arrest" nonsense. I called the number (to try to find out who these lowlifes were) and a woman answered "Canada Revenue Agency". I asked why she did not answer in both official languages and she said that I was phoning the Tax Audit Department which is not required to answer in both official languages. Sure, tell that to the REAL Canada Revenue Agency or someone who wishes service in French. A disgraceful scam.
