Got one of these cards in the mail that had the winning "X" when I scratched the second play area. Called and was also told I had to be the home owner.... then I trying searching for the official contest rules to see were it says home owners only can qualify. I haven"t found the info yet but I guess they don"t expect to sell to anyone but the home owner. Just can"t see why that tad bit of info couldn"t be included on the back of the card

its a scam, its just to get them to come through the door and every card is a winner, the hotel voucher sucks because its not like its 0 actual cash but a discount which like someone above said, they raise their rates by 10%, give you 0 off and you end up paying full price anyways. The company gets to mail these out because they probably have some kind of arrangement with a hotel company so theyre getting some business this way and these shysters send some guy to sell you water purification products.

This is a telemarketer in reverse that offers you a possible prize on the condition of
1. you calling them,
2. agreeing to a homecare product presentation (water conditioner / purification system),
3. having one of their winning Tic Tac Toe cards and
4. answering the Skill Testing Question.
Note that 1,600,000 cards are distributed with 99.9% or more than 1, 598,396 of the cards offering a 0 Hotel "Instant" Savings Card, which is likely a 10% or normal discount off the Hotel Rack Rate which is their most expensive rate that they seldom charge. It"s likely a worthless prize.
This Tic Tac Toe is deceptive in hiding its true purpose and awarding mainly worthless prizes.

So, I work for this company as one of the. what you would call "Salesman".....but Salesmen only get paid commission,
I get paid hourly and commission. The demonstration will show you the benefits of using a Conditioner/purification system for your House hold water.......There is a HUGE difference. The company that sends out these bingo scratches will give you a prize, like it states on the back and educate you on the municipal water you may drink. I"m just a average guy lol....I"ve been working with them for about 2 weeks now, overall it"s kind of scary to really know what"s in your water.

Anyhoo, they do win prizes. Totally understandable how people can be leery of them, no doubt.

Just leaves more prizes for other people ;)

i too got one of these super tictactoe cards and i won and called this number on the back and i got told that i have to be a home owner in order to play and get my prize. And nowheres on the back does it state that i have to be a home owner. maybe i should get Global trouble shooter involved and look into this cause that is false advertising.

I too received the card, and I won the X.

I have the home product presentation scheduled for this Friday.
