I received the same voice recording this morning. It was a robot announcing this is a call from the Tax dept. of Canada Revenue Agency and tha the reason behind the call if that there is a lawsuit being filed under my name and that I need to call 1-905 - 769-0687 to speak to them. My experience with Canada Revenue Agency is that they send you a letter giving you details and who to call.
