Got a call from this guy today, he said he was a representative of TD Canada Trust, even though his number comes up as a caller from Nanaimo, BC (778-762-2993). He will try and get your full name, address, birth date, refer you to their "special program" and so forth. Do yourself a favor and ignore the call from the get go. As a former employee of TD Canada Trust, I can assure everyone that TD does not make calls such as this one.

Number showed Ontario and when I picked up the call (on my cell, no less!) there was no voice so obviously a dialer. I didn"t say anything and after 10 seconds of silence I hung up so it will count as an abandoned call - if they care.
Always say "remove me from the list" - do not ever (never never) say "I"m not interested" b/c that is seen as tacit agreement that you "might" be interested next time.
