Tells you that it’s CRA. CRA does not cold call so this is a scam. Interestingly they answered when I called them back and they said is was the internal revenue department. I live in BC and any calls regarding my account would show up as a B.C. number. Do not get sucked into this, simply hand up the phone. These guys are called Donor Direct Consulting, they turn many one time donors into ongoing monthly donors.for various different charities. The average monthly donation last for around 5 years. If the service they provided wasn"t profitable to the charities, they wouldn"t use them.
