I was left a msg and called the number back. They asked for my name and I asked who I was calling and they didn"t want to answer. The man hung up and I tried calling back and he then hung up again. When I tried calling a 3rd time it nobody picked up... I believe this is a scam... be careful what information you give these crooks!

I also got the Treasury Board version. I was ready to play along with them and try to collect more info but unfortunately, they hang up immediately when I call them, 4 times in a row. Oh well.

I received a call more then once from that number. It is a half a*s recorded message talking about federal offence and court dates and then giving a number to call back. The message was left on my voicemail and failed to even start at the prompt from my voicemail tone.. I .reported them to my phone company and then blocked them.. Always report them

same thing, some weirdo, posing off as a Canada Revenue Agent, said i was committing a federal offence, yet no case file was mentioned, he also hung up on me. If Canada Revenue has your address on file, then it is a scam.
Good thing they dont pose as police officers, then it would be a true federal offence.
