Standard tax bill scam. Used a computer voice to likely hide the deep Indian accent that normally comes with these calls as they ask you to pay a fake tax bill with Itunes gift cards. Still used Engrish like an arresting officer will arrest you on an arrest warrant, so guess these guys cannot be bothers to hire a person who can translate their babble to actual English.
