Received a call on my cell from this number and the woman stated that I had phoned 9-1-1, asked if everything was alright, and knew my name - so I would think this is the emergency call centre. However, I checked my smartphone log and had not emergency dialed (but it was in my pocket).. I have a Blackberry Classic and supposedly you have to confirm emergency calls in addition to speed dialing the number when the phone is locked, but I haven"t tried it.

Got an auto voicemail stating no call back would result in bad "events unfolding" - it tried to sound threatening (like a bad robot would !!!!) but too funny that they think anyone would fall for a robo-threat outside of a b-movie. Delete, laugh it off and definitely DONT call the number back.

I too am receiving fax calls from this number although I do not own a fax machine. I was able to contact a representative of Bell Canada, who informed me that the number does not appear in any of their databases or directories. So whoever has this number has transferred it to another provider or is spoofing the number.
