Looked up the phone number, it"s traceable to Iristel Inc., a company in Cornwall that provides phone numbers through internet connections, meaning you can create a valid phone number with them without having a landline or even a valid home address.

Do you really think the Canada revenue agency would use a private online phone number provider? (obviously not haha)

An unbelievable scam call from (613)-209-4977 (displayed Cornwall Ontario) was received on Oct 31, 2018, saying that I have to call back to that department, otherwise they are going to issue a warrant to arrest me!
