Fairly certain it"s a scammer, don"t call him back. Left a message on our home phone, could hardly understand him with such a thick accent so I didn"t catch his name, claimed to be an officer for the Canada Revenue Agency. He says we must call him back for a "time sensitive issue" regarding "4 criminal allegations" filed against our social insurance number. At the end of the message he gives his phone number twice and says "God Bless You". We are in Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge region and received the call on April 19, 2016 around noon.
