Second of all, I"m just genuinely curious how that was possible - this phone number is not configured to support phone calls. It does have an answering machine that says something like "this phone number doesn"t support phone calls, please send us an SMS", and then hangs up. Is that what you are referring to?
And third of all... Well, this one is a bit embarrassing... We are a fairly young and small company, and we... simply don"t have agents yet. To be even more honest, I handle most of the calls myself, and this incident makes me question if I don"t have multiple hidden personalities I"m unaware of.
With all that being said, I"d really like to investigate how and why this happened, any details you could share with me would be absolutely golden!
