This fraud combines identify theft and advance fee fraud. I got a call last night from this company. I was very skeptical from the start. Since I was in a pretty good mood, I listened. They said I won a trip to Florida, Orlando, Daytona Beach + trip to Bahamas.
I asked Caroline if someone was going to ask for a credit card number. She said, NO.
Give me a break, you expect me to pay for the plane ticket then want to charge me a registration fee of 7 per person.
This person Carolyne was overly enthusiastic and quite annoying. She transferred me to another department to speak with Maria. When Maria asked how I would like to pay for the registration fee, I hung up.
