Stated that they were from Bell Sympatico and that I had won a trip to Florida. They wanted confirmation that I had an active Visa Card and my spouse"s name. Called them back knowing thatit was scam. Told them my taxes are fine. He asked me to give him hmy name. I told him to search for me via my phone number. He insisted on my name. He said I should come to the office or give him my name. I told him i would come to tje office, he was surprised I said that and asked again if I want to come to the office. Once again I said yes. He have me 55 Blake Street in Hamilton...I asked for the intersection and he staryed to stammer and hung up.
I called back and got someone else. I told him the person before him was in process of hiving me the address. He told me to get a pen and write it down. He started, not with a number, but a letter...F.U. I saw where he was going and told him...if that message was for him. Called him a famn scammer and hung up.

I had a very negative experience with this company.Around two
months ago I purchased a electric scooter from them,I payed with a
credit card and also purchased the extended warranty.What happens next
is unbelievable,the following day I get a call from my credit card
company asking me about some unauthorized purchases,I told the CC
company I was currently at work and not out shopping,it turns out,the
sales person that I dealt with that day,he double swiped my credit
card.
I was informed by my CC company,the person tried to make a large
purchase on some goods that seemed odd,so it set off a red flag to the
CC company.It was determined that it was City-e cycle that
double swiped my credit card(there is video footage of the person I
dealt with caught on camera in the store trying to make the
purchase),due to the fact I did not use my credit card after my
purchase with them,so it could not have been any other establishment
that did this.
They are currently being investigated by my CC company for fraud and I
have also filed a complaint on them to the BBB.
I cannot stop anyone from dealing with them,but I can surely warn
others about this very shady business.
