Just got a call from this number stating they were with the Electrical Safety Board. That there was a power surge in our area, and someone would call back tomorrow before coming over to check electric panel. Don"t let them in, I"m sure it"s a scam

Just got a call from this number. Saying Electrical Safety Board. They said someone would be in the neighbourhood tomorrow. I kept on saying NO and man in the phone kept on taking saying Ok Ok. I kept saying no. Ended up hanging up on him.
