Spoke so fast I couldn"t understand....Blah, blah, blah Heating/AC company. Attempted to have me answer questions like "when are you home" and that my" water heater required service" (that"s strange it"s brand new). Simply ignore them or tell them to take a hike. Canada requires a better service than "DNC" list since these scammers can"t really be reported because they change numbers so quickly....hate them all!

This place says their a Canadian Revenue Agency and that their has been a warrant out for your arrest because you owe money to the revenue agency but if you are willing to work out a payment with them then they can help you out.
It"s the biggest scam because when I called the actual canada revenue Agency to find out what was going on, they had no idea who the person was that called me and then checked out my file just to let me know everything was alright. 1 thing the actual revenue agency told me was that you will always know when it"s a scam when the person tells you there is a warrant out for your arrest and the police will be coming within 72 hours to get you. The reason is because the actual canada revenue Agency won"t warn you that their coming because that would just give you time to get away. Anyways I hope this helps some people out if they get a call from anyone from this number or any others going forward

Picked up and couldn"t hear anything (probably because I"m on a train) I am a wind customer and did speak to them last night. I would have been fine doing a survey - at least they try to see how they can improve. All the people I have spoken to are great and very knowledgeable. Never had a problem. this is a scam. The canadian government (police) would never contact you like this, Also my dad who is old and uneducated got a call like this last year. they said he had outstanding dept on his taxes and had to wire transfer 00 at a post office or else he would face 12 months in prison. He did it and i was shocked that people actually fall for this let alone my own father! Needless to say just block the number, or have some fun with them and tell them off or pretend to be the actual police: it’s funny. But be warned my dad said every time he hung up the phone they would keep calling so don’t act like you believe any of their c**p or they’ll torture you! I checked his phone and they (not this number but another similar scammer btw) called over 40 times in under 24hrs because they pretend to be police and say you can’t hang up until you transfer the money! conclusion either block or just pretend to not speak english haha!
