Worst Customer Services hands down. They outsourced their call centers and all their reps just read from a script. You can"t understand the majority of the reps & they can"t help you either. The reps are not well trained to resolve any calls. Even though the big 3 are expensive they have well trained reps.

I had called WIND Mobile earlier in the week to get the Unlock codes to my cell phone and once done this was just a call from their Customer Service group to find out how well their employees performed their tasks. No big deal. I just answered a half dozen questions and we were done.

Picked up and couldn"t hear anything (probably because I"m on a train) I am a wind customer and did speak to them last night. I would have been fine doing a survey - at least they try to see how they can improve. All the people I have spoken to are great and very knowledgeable. Never had a problem. The big 3 are not only expensive but their cs sucks...they dont care. By the way...all of bell staff are in india...and they are the ones that speak off a script - and have no authority to help you fix a problem.

This was a very suspicious call: "Hi we"re calling from Wind Mobile. We need you to confirm your name, phone number, and address." My response was that this is obviously a phishing scam - why else would THEY call ME then ask for my name, phone number, and address? They told me it was in regards to a "Case ID," but refused to tell me to what that case pertained until I gave them personal information. Sounds incredibly fishy.

If you don"t like being charged roaming, ask them to disable it for you. Your phone automatically looks for the strongest network, which in most cases is rogers or bell. There is nothing wrong with the signal from Wind, and it will work just fine even if the signal is slightly lower than the others.
