Did not answer the call and it went to voicemail.. Said his name was Officer Patrick Wilson and it was an extremely time sensitive issue, and if he did not hear back soon from me or my attorney then he could only wish me luck as the situation unfolds on me! He did not mention what organization he was calling from.

He left a message and said he was an officer that needed to discuss very sensitive information and that I needed to call him back if I want my issue to be worked out. Very vague and general and claiming to be and officer but doesn’t provide proof? Didn’t tell me what issue I was having (which I’m not having any issues right now) I am a very private person. My advice- don’t call back because there is a scam out there right now that they can access you info by just having you call them back and the guy that left the message really desperately needed me to call back “for my own good”.

It’s a CRA scam. Received a threatening voicemail in broken English saying it was officer Patrick Wilson and to not ignore this call “or else I wish you luck as the situation unfolds on you”!!! My husband called the number 647-689-2508 and a woman answered in broken English “Revenue Canada how may i help you?”.
Revenue Canada obviously does not have a 647 number and no one answers the phone right away without first having to go through the general menu.
