My friend is in Jamaica, she loaded the magic jack app into her android cell phone. She called me and I did not recognize this number; when I answered it seemed like it would be a recorded message so I hung up. She called me back, I again answered this time I waited several seconds and she was connected to me. I live very close to Grimsby. This number appeared on my display when she called me from the magic jack app on her android cell.

Appearantly there is some kind of scam where they are searching for fax numbers, which is why they don"t answer when you pick up. I would not let your fax answer if this number is calling.It may be a good idea to report this number or any number that calls and won"t speak to the local authorities. I think it is considered harrassment.

I just received a call from this number stating they are from Sears and wanting to inform me about a benefits plan that goes on top of my current benefits plan. When i told her i was not interested she told me that "because she liked me" she will give me a 5 year "no cost to me" benefit package "just to try out" because I"m "such a valuable customer" and took my date of birth. Now I"m concerned because this call was to my cell phone and she knew my name but only asked for my birth date. Should i be concerned? What should i do to find out if this is legit or not?
