This happened over a year ago to me. It is some collections that tries to convince you that you owe money from many years ago. Total scam, and when you call them on it, they will keep calling, only when you answer, they hang up, and if you block the number, they just call from another number. This is why I just searched this number, because I keep blocking, but a week later, they use a different number from a different location.
