It’s a CRA scam. Received a threatening voicemail in broken English saying it was officer Patrick Wilson and to not ignore this call “or else I wish you luck as the situation unfolds on you”!!! My husband called the number 647-689-2508 and a woman answered in broken English “Revenue Canada how may i help you?”.
Revenue Canada obviously does not have a 647 number and no one answers the phone right away without first having to go through the general menu.

Just got a computer generated message in Mandarin Chinese claiming that they were calling from DHL about a package to be delivered and it"s important for the person on the other end of the line to "press 1 now." The message was repeated one more time in Mandarin Chinese, never in English. Definitely a scam - why would DHL assume that a customer spoke Mandarin Chinese and not any other language? They also called at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning - very annoying.
