March 19, initially received a recorded voice mail msg stating that a warrant had been issued for my arrest! That it was instigated or issued by Revenue Canada for tax invasion...OK. When I called the number the person said they were officer Steven Jackson although had a middle east accent ( didn"t seem like the voice belonged to the name. Actually gave a badge number RM 474951. When I asked what it was in regards to they asked for my name, I only provided last name. Seemed a bit lost and timid, as they asked me what it may be for a requested that they tell me details rather than me providing. Oddly the phone line was cut off.

When I receive a call from this number (twice a day most days), if I sit and listen, it will take 5-10 seconds before the line "disconnects", but when I answer the call and then IMMEDIATELY hang up, the person/machine will continue to call me back until I actually answer the phone and let him/it hang up on me.
