This person said that they could lower my credit card interest rates. When I asked where she got my information she wouldn"t answer. She claimed there is a "Law" that credit card companies are supposed to lower interest rates every 3 months. When I asked about where the "law" is she said "You just google it. How stupid are you?" They say they have an important message for me, and they ask to call them back during business hours at a 800 number. They don"t say who they are, and they call once or twice every day.
