I spoke with Jared Kendrick on Friday October 25,2013, he works for a Collection Agency. When I did end up speaking to him he was very rude , raised his voice , would not let me get a word in. I wanted to talk to him regards to my options for paying outstanding debt, all he said is the debt needs to be paid , I need to come up with the money and doesn"t care that I don"t have the funds at the moment. I then called the Landlord and Tenancy Board and spoke with a representative which said they are licensed through the board when dealing with outstanding rental amounts but they do have a Code of Conduct to follow and can not speak to customers the way he spoke to me.
