I spoke with Jared Kendrick on Friday October 25,2013, he works for a Collection Agency. When I did end up speaking to him he was very rude , raised his voice , would not let me get a word in. I wanted to talk to him regards to my options for paying outstanding debt, all he said is the debt needs to be paid , I need to come up with the money and doesn"t care that I don"t have the funds at the moment. I then called the Landlord and Tenancy Board and spoke with a representative which said they are licensed through the board when dealing with outstanding rental amounts but they do have a Code of Conduct to follow and can not speak to customers the way he spoke to me. The number that he called me from was (403) 215-3303.

I would like to start by saying that I have always paid bills/loans on time. I own multiple houses (and I couldn"t do that without outstanding credit). I was called by this company on Wednesday and I informed them that I was unaware of the debt that they indicated I had, but that I would look into it. As it turns out, I did owe money for plumbing work I had done on one of my rentals. On Friday I sent in my full payment to the plumbing company along with an apology note. Then on Monday I received a call from this Jared Kendrick character. He didn"t give me his company name,he was extremely rude, he raised his voice. I explained I sent this on Friday and he said that is what I said the last time(it was not). He then proceeded to hang up on me. I know some people get calls from these people because they are chronic debtors, others are not and just happened to overlook one bill. Honest people don"t deserve to be treated like this.
