Called my employer and claimed to be "President"s Choice Financial" to approve a credit card application. They refused to provide any information.
They called a second time and I spoke with "Maria" directly who maintained the scam til the end. She had my date of birth, but gave a wrong phone number. She claimed the application was done at a kiosk - but when pressed for information she said she would "email" the application to me for review. I provided my generic email address and of course no information was forthcoming. I reported the scam to PC Financial who is launching an investigation.

Card Services-Says nothing is wrong with my credit card at this time but to lower my rates my time is expiring and to press the number 1 key. Call was forwarded but nobody answers. Sounds like the same recording that I get on a daily basis from many other phone numbers. When you do get a person and ask to be taken off their call list they usually just hang up on you. Sometimes they use caller ID block and you have bogus return numbers.
