Same here. Guy calls very rude and arrogant. I asked him to call me by name and quit calling me Mam every second word. He says he can"t help himself and continues to do so. I told him I was happy with my current merchant provider and he tells me they are breaking the law. I tell him I"m not interested and he convinces me to check my statement.
