On 11/30/2020 I received a post card in the mail with another person's name, but my address on it. It was for Important Information about Your Medicare Benefits. They claim they are working for CBV Collection Services, and told me to call Capital One. My account with Capital One is current and up to date. I found out recently Hudson’s Bay issued a Bay credit card to someone using my identity in Jan 2019 and I believe this is the reason they are calling.
