These guys keep calling after Bell showed up at my dementia plagued Mother"s door and had her sign up for a service that she didn"t need. When I attempted to cancel they wanted a 0.00 disconnection fee.
I explained the situation to Bell (twice) and they agreed to drop the disconnection fee.
Then they sent my Mother to this collection agency and the hell began.
We recently moved her into better care and now I see these guys are calling at her new number. So not looking forward to dealing with this for the third time. I just wish Bell and CBV would go away and leave my sick aged Mother alone. Shame on you Bell!
